Ingrida Sarkiunaite: PhD, Associate Professor at the Institute of Social Sciences and Applied Informatics and Head of Master's study program International Business Management at Kaunas Faculty, Vilnius University, Lithuania. Assoc. Prof. Dr I. Šarkiūnaitė has published articles and conference presentations on the issues of impact of work-life balance management on expatriates’ career, impact of workplace environment on expatriates’ adaptation to new workplace, the importance of internal and external factors for the selection decision of expatriates, the assessment of employer brand impact on the attraction of employees in international organization, leisure time organiser’s burnout. She is a co-author of the textbook "Human Resource Management." Her scientific interests encompass human resource management, international human resource management, and the social aspects of information technologies.
