Armenia Androniceanu: is a full professor of public management and doctoral supervisor at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania, and the University of Messina, Italy. She is the founder and the general director of the International Centre for Public Management. She focuses her research and publications on the management of both private and public organisations. As a director, she has led numerous research projects based on partnerships with un,iversities and other public and private sector organisations, as well as international organisations such as the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. She was the coordinator of the Public Policy Department of the Central Romanian Government Office, where she coordinated a large and complex program of multi-sectoral structural reforms. She has published over 30 books and over 300 scientific papers.
