THE ROLE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, DIGITAL CAPABILITIES AND DIGITAL AWARENESS ON SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT: MODERATING ROLE OF ORGANIZATIONAL READINESS AND DIGITAL ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE 9

ABSTRACT: Recently, artificial intelligence along with digital capabilities and awareness have been significant factors that improve supply chain (SC) management that enhance organizational performance. Hence, the present article investigates the impact of artificial intelligence and digital capabilities impact digital awareness and digital awareness role of SC management in Saudi Arabia. The study also examines the mediating role of digital awareness among artificial intelligence, digital capabilities and SC management and also analyzes the moderating role of organizational readiness and digital organizational culture among digital awareness and SC management. The researchers gather the data from the manufacturing organization employees who are dealing with SC activities using survey questionnaires. The study also used the smart-PLS to check the data reliably and association among variables. The outcomes indicated that artificial intelligence and digital capabilities have a positive impact on digital awareness, and digital awareness has a positive association with SC management. The outcomes also exposed that digital awareness significantly mediates among artificial intelligence, digital capabilities and SC management and organizational readiness and digital organizational culture significantly moderate among digital awareness and SC management. The study guides the policymakers in developing policies related to improve SC management using artificial intelligence, digital capabilities and organizational readiness.
