Rimantas Dapkus,: PhD (corresponding author), is a Professor at the Department of Business and Rural Development Management in the Bioeconomy Development faculty of the Academy of Agriculture at the Vytautas Magnus University, Republic of Lithuania. He is teaching subjects that focus on regional politics, e-democracy, public administration, sustainable economy grow, strategy planning, business development, marketing, finances, innovations, project management. His main area of research is sustainable regional development and sustainability assessment. He is a member of the Regional Studies Association (RSA), member of the Monitoring Committee of the (Interreg VI-A) Lithuania-Poland cooperation programme 2021-2027, member of the BIOEAST TWG on Bioeconomy Education and Advisor for the member of the Parliament of the Republic of Lithuania.
