ABSTRACT: Given the high increase in the amount of online remote work on the labour market, we will be providing a clarification of students perception of online remote work rewards. The main aim of this research is to analyse the main financial rewards and benefits preferred by students when accepting online remote work offers. For this purpose, 405 anonymous student answers were collected and processed using primarily the Main Components Analysis. Results are showing that students would accept an online remote work offer, if they are attracted by a motivating salary and a flexible work schedule. In the future, 51.61% of them will accept a hybrid way of working.

KEYWORDS:  online remote work, hybrid work, benefits, financial rewards, students.
