COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION OF CHINESE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION BASED ON A NOVEL INTERVAL VALUE PYTHAGOREAN FUZZY AGGREGATION OPERATOR9

ABSTRACT. Digital transformation in the manufacturing industry has been highlighted as an efficient method for boosting the macro-economy. Measuring the digital transformation capability and the related technique embedding situation of enterprises is an essential task for the regulation department to guide and support decisions. To evaluate the complex and vague information in the process of digital transformation, we proposed a comprehensive evaluation method based on the interval value of the Pythagorean fuzzy ideal. For this purpose, in the process of evaluation, we adopt the concept of hesitate and probabilistic, respectively, and different types of aggregation operators are used to calculate the comprehensive performance of four Chinese manufacturing enterprises. The robustness and effectiveness of the proposed methods were verified through a comparative analysis.
