Valentina Ofelia Robescu, Oana Oprisan, Gabriel Croitoru, George Bucata, Liliana Nicodim

ABSTRACT. The modern concept of enterprise is based on the finding that man is constantly increasing his capacity for knowledge, he wants to improve continuously, he becomes the entrepreneur of his own life. We believe that the motto of this article could be for the new generation of leaders who put themselves at the service of others. This research aims to identify the essential dimensions in which a successful leader must excel, to provide approaches, tools, ways to achieve success, to motivate employees to achieve the objectives of ensuring the harmony of interests in the organization in a turbulent environment and in constant change. The importance of studying leadership stems from the challenges facing organizations and which they must successfully solve by proposing scenarios for adapting leadership to Romanian realities. Based on the correspondence between the types of leadership (survivor, developer, organizer, accomplished leader, innovator) with the development stages of an organization and the self-diagnosis scenarios of the sample members, which also means a validation of the hypotheses that were established by designing the model LEPO. The general objective proposed in this article is to identify that space for reflection for the personal and professional development of the members of a community, to integrate the aspects that interest them .
