Building on the framework presented in the paper, the research enabled to identify four main areas that are key for outsourcing effectiveness regarding: the shape of the outsourcing contract, its duration, the organization of the outsourcing process, and the analytical activities that accompany this process. The results of regression analysis, supported by the detailed correlation analysis, indicate the importance of the aforementioned areas for each of the eighteen outsourcing effectiveness criteria included in the research. From managerial perspective, the findings enable to manage outsourcing projects and processes more effectively, by indicating key aspects of outsourcing implementation .
