Jolita Vveinhardt,
  PhD, Chief Researcher, Professor of the Department of Management, of the Faculty of Economics and Management of Vytautas Magnus University (Lithuania). For the past several years she explores the phenomena of mobbing and nepotism, climate of the organisation and other aspects related to human resource management. As author and co-author has published more than 100 scientific publications in Lithuanian and foreign journals, in various scientific publications on the topics of economics and management of organisations. J. Vveinhardt is the author and co-author of five books. The main areas of research interest: mobbing in employee relations, climate of the organisation, nepotism as a management anomaly, favoritism, cronyism, protectionism, values congruence, human resource management, corporate social responsibility. Her publications have appeared in the Journal of Business Economics and Management, Engineering Economics, Journal of Business Ethics and among others.
