Jurgita Pauzuoliene,: PhD (in the field of management), is a lecturer at Klaipeda University, Faculty of Social Sciences, Management Department. Lecturer at Klaipeda State University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences, Language and Administration department. Expert of Competency Evaluation in the project: "Development of System of Formalizing Competences Gained in Non-formal Way and Its Implementation in West Lithuanian Business College and Partner Institutions (2012-2014)". Proving skills and experience on organizational culture at CDA college, Cyprus (July 2015 - October 2015); University of Latvia, Riga (April 2015 - June 2015). She has publishing experience: her works have appeared in 2 different monographs. Her articles appeared in more than 30 publications in both local and foreign scientific journals. Research interests: organizational culture, corporate social responsibility.
