Liu Xing-feng

ABSTRACT. Background of the performance evaluation of engineering teachers in universities are originally put forward, then the structure of the performance evaluation system from five aspects of the purpose, object, indicator, index and method are analysed. And the evaluation path is designed from 4 aspects of index data, weight coefficient, index test and evaluation result. In addition, measurement method is proposed by using the multi-level gray relational analysis. Finally, taking the positioning competency evaluation index (PCEI) as the vertical axis and the key performance evaluation index (KPEI) as the horizontal axis, the positioning matrix model of the performance evaluation of engineering teachers is established to scientifically evaluate the performance of engineering teachers in universities  .
