QUALITY OF KNOWLEDGE IN HIGHER EDUCATION IN MONTENEGRO
Radislav Jovovic, Veselin Draskovic, Nebojsa Jovovic

ABSTRACT. This paper explores the perception of the relevant respondents on the degree of destabilizing (braking) effect of the four independent variabiles (human resources, culture, decision-making, and information technology) on the higher education quality in Montenegro. It starts from the basic hypothesis that in the transitional period there has been a general decline in the higher education quality under the dominant influence of negative relatively low quality level of human resources, culture, decision- making, and information technology. This primary hypothesis is experimentally proofed throughout appropriate multiple linear regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis .
