Jolita Vveinhardt,
  PhD, Chief Researcher, Institute of Sport Science and Innovations of Lithuanian Sports University (Lithuania). Professor of the Department of Management, Economics and Sociology of the Faculty of Sports Education of Lithuanian Sports University (Lithuania). For the past several years she explores the phenomena of mobbing and nepotism, climate of the organisation and other aspects related to human resource management. As author and co-author has published more than 00 scientific publications in Lithuanian and foreign journals, in various scientific publications on the topics of economics and management of organisations. J. Vveinhardt is the author and co-author of five books. The main areas of research interest: mobbing in employee relations, climate of the organisation, nepotism as a management anomaly, favoritism, cronyism, protectionism, values congruence, human resource management, corporate social responsibility. Her publications have appeared in the Journal of Business Economics and Management, Engineering Economics, Journal of Business Ethics and among others.
