The study revealed that young adults are more keen to be active physically if they have possibility to exercise free of charge Although, more than every second adult indicates the existing conditions for an outdoor physical activity near their residential place, however, this is not related to their leisure time physical activity and health condition that is estimated subjectively. Thus this research allows stating that in order to increase physical activity among young people, public services, while installing an attractive environment of physical activity near residential places, are not enough .
