E-BUSINESS QUALITATIVE CRITERIA APPLICATION: ANALYSIS OF GLOBAL MARKET

ABSTRACT. E-business is developing very fast, but it is still quite a new area in scientific research. There are no introduced measures, which can define e-business quality, there are no recognized e-business qualitative criteria, their application are not analysed. The purpose of this article is to verify, if well-known e-business examples meet the requirements of e-business qualitative criteria application, which are defined by most scientific researchers. Object of the research is e-business qualitative criteria application in global market. In order to obtain the purpose, there had been used case analysis, which is one of the main qualitative analysis methods. Case analysis showed, that well-known e-business examples (Amazon, Tesco, GetJar) meet the requirements of e-business qualitative criteria application (customer satisfaction requirements, information and data quality dimensions), which are defined by scientific researchers. Recommendations rely on analysed e-business qualitative criteria: every e-business may try to apply those qualitative criteria in order to be successful.
