  PhD in Economics, Assistant Professor, Lecturer of the Faculty of Economic Sciences, International Economic Relations Department, Wroclaw University of Economics, Poland; co-founder and member of the Asia-Pacific Research Centre located at Wroclaw University of Economics; author and co-author of 4 books and 56 articles in Polish and English concerning the issues of Asian regionalism, the role of Japan in the regional and global governance, including diplomatic, trade and financial frameworks, international business, cluster structures, cohesion policy of the European Union (EU), innovations; head of Bachelor and Master Programmes in International Business (since 2014), departmental coordinator of the Erasmus Plus programmes covering EU-28, EFTA member-states and Turkey (since 2010), deputy of the Central Europe in the European Association for Southeast Asian Studies Board 2013-2017 (EuroSEAS); member of Eurasia Business and Economics Society (EBES); Visiting Research Fellow at the Centre for Asian and Pacific Studies (CAPS), Seikei University, Tokyo, Japan (2014); Visiting Professor at the University of Applied Sciences in Schmalkalden, Germany (2011) and IPAG Business School in Nice, France (2013); presenter at the international conferences held in India, Japan, Macau (China), Singapore, Austria, Czech Republic, Italy, Portugal; author of training modules/manuals and coach in regional/national training and educational projects co-funded by the EU; co-author and contractor of the international research project "Clusters as an innovation carrier of enterprises and regions. Verification and implementation of Asian models in terms of the Polish economy", funded by the National Science Centre, Poland (2011-2014).
