- Doctor of Social Sciences, Chief Researcher of the Lithuanian Social Research Centre, Associate Professor of Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. Research interests: social economics, labour economy, hidden employment, labour market policy, social policy, social exclusion, vocational education and training, the integration of socially vulnerable groups, the evaluation of social economic consequences of unemployment, assessing the benefit of the ESF-funded projects / programs, equality research. Laima Okuneviciute-Neverauskiene - is a researcher, an expert and supervisor of researches and projects in employment, social policy, labour market, social integration, and related science and social issues. She has 20 years of experience in the implementation and coordination of complex applied scientific researches and projects and expert evaluation. During her academic career, she has built up significant experience in research project management at the national and international levels. Dr. L. Okuneviciute-Neverauskiene has prepared over 70 scientific publications, participated in more than 100 projects and scientific applied researches as a research leader, supervisor, responsible executor, or a member of the research group and as an expert. Besides, it is worth noting that the expert has the experience in the formulation and evaluation of the European Union and the national employment policy and their separate measures, the experience in formation of the anti-discrimination policy, analysis and evaluation of the European Union structural assistance in the use of EU structural support impact on the employment and economic efficiency .
