ECONOMIC CRIME AND DETERMINANTS OF THE BLACK MARKET LOANS

ABSTRACT.In the article, the authors undertook a research topic of the illegal financing companies. This research problem is quite difficult to analyse due to the difficult access to reliable and measurable data in this area. The paper presents different types of black market loans and lists the types of illegal loans. The counterparts and development of the illegal financing of enterprises are characterized as well. The part containing case study analyses the illegal lending in countries, such as, China, Italy, and Poland. It as well contains the results of their research and the willingness of the enterprise management to borrow funds in the grey market (zone). There are presented the source of illegal loans, which is the most frequently indicated by the study participants. In summary, the key findings were concluded from the study.
