About Author
Ciprian-Marcel Pop ,
has graduated from Babeş-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. In 2004 he was awarded a PhD degree in Economics - Marketing, and has held teaching positions of assistant, lecturer, associate professor and full professor since 1997, when he joined the staff of the Babeş-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Department of Marketing. He is the author or co-author of 19 books and over 70 journal articles in the field of Strategic Marketing, Marketing Policies, Services Marketing, new concepts in marketing field (Neuromarketing, Precision Marketing, Permission Marketing) and many more. He is involved in 15 national and international grants and research projects, either as manager or member thereof. Prof. Pop currently holds the position of Vice-Rector of the Babeş-Bolyai University Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
