CONFLICTS IN ORGANISATION. FEATURES OF CORPORATE CONFLICTS MANAGEMENT

ABSTRACT.The definitions of conflicts, their classification, methods of conflict management, conflict management place in control theory were considered in the article. The authors prescribed the causes of conflicts and the dynamics of their development. The authors defined the technology of the conflict management and proposed their own conflict management algorithm. In this article particular attention was paid to the organizational and corporate conflicts and their specific and traditional functions. The authors determined the causes of corporate conflicts and peculiarities of their occurrence. In the article the classification of corporate conflicts was given and the role of corporate culture in stability of conflict-creating of corporation was determined .
