, PhD is Professor of Marketing at the University of Oviedo (Spain). His current research interests include interfirm relationships in marketing channels, consumer behaviour in the service sector and consumer information processing. His work has appeared in the Industrial Marketing Management Journal, the Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing, the Journal of Service Research and the International Journal of Research in Marketing among other journals.
