Entrepreneurial Attitudes Adopted by Employees of Polish Enterprises Undergoing Restructuring

ABSTRACT. The article has a theoretical and empirical character and presents the analysis of entrepreneurial attitudes adopted by employees of enterprises undergoing restructuring. The first part of the paper is based on the literature on the subject and illustrates relationship between restructuring and certain processes as well as restructuring and entrepreneurial attitudes. The discussion has provided a basis for empirical research aimed at examining the aforementioned correlations. Quantitative research was conducted at the turn of 2010 and 2011 with the use of CAPI method, among people employed in enterprises that were subject to restructuring in West Pomeranian voivodship.
