Jaroslaw Korpysa: , PhD, is employed at the Department of Microeconomics, Faculty of Economics and Management, Szczecin University (Poland). Dr. Korpysa has published many articles and conference presentations about entrepreneurship, labour market, changes of labour market, inequalities in the labour market and strategic analysis of companies. The research is carried out in the following fields: entrepreneurship and theory of human resource and issues of labour market. He was the financial coordinator of the Lama Project (Improvement of competitiveness of labour market and its entities) – 6^th FP, Human Resources and Mobility Activity, Marie Curie Actions). He was research fellow for the 6^th FP, Human Resources and Mobility Activity, MCA at Vilnius University-Lithuania (October 2007 – January 2008) and University of St. Gallen-Switzerland ( September 2008 - February 2009). His scientific interests comprise entrepreneurship microeconomics, modern business theories, theory of human resource, competitive strategy, risk management, labour market.
