Trends and Future Prospects of Training and Development in Albania

ABSTRACT. The subject of this paper is an overview of the Albanian business realities, with special emphasis on the training and development. This paper analyzes whether training activities are effective in helping businesses that they can respond more constructively to external challenges using a survey of the training and development, which was carried out in Albania. The main findings in relation to three major questions are presented. The paper concludes with a summary of the findings in relation with the trends in training and development and it is from this perspective that the human resources development options can be considered.
