Assessment of Enterprise Performance for Efficient Sustainability

ABSTRACT. Sustainability performance evaluation systems do not assure the efficiency because they are separated from management systems. Practice shows that management system does not necessarily lead to continuous performance improvement. The main reason of inefficient performance assessment is lack of data. In order to improve performance assessment, qualitative and quantitative information should be included. This article presents sustainability assessment system linking with enterprise’s management system and assuring continuous improvement. This sustainability assessment system for enterprise consists of qualitative and quantitative sustainability indicators determined and assessed by the experts. Depending on information available sustainability can be assessed and integrated at different levels.
