Effectiveness of Reorganization of an Enterprise Operating in a Globalized Sector

ABSTRACT. The essence of reorganization of enterprises operating in a constantly changing environment is presented in the article. The necessity of adjustment to these changes requires taking variety of actions in order to gain some competitive advantage and work out effective strategy. It becomes especially significant in the age of global economy. In the article a company’s performance goal is presented and also the process of goal implementation in the company that operates in a globalized sector is appraised.
