- , Ph.D., employed as an assistant professor at the Department of Economic Analysis and International economy at School of Business and Management Novo mesto, Slovenia. Since 2004 as a consultant (advisor) of management board at Amis Telecommunication Company owned by KBC-Private Equities - Belgium. In the past years he was working on many auditing, supervision, tax and accounting advisory, due diligence projects as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers. For the five years period he was a member of management board at Daimler Benz Inter Service Slovenia, responsible for Treasury. As an assistant professor he lectures at graduate and postgraduate level, subjects as: macroeconomics, financial markets, international finance and international trade. Assistant professor at Heriot Watt University – United Kingdom (Postgraduate study of Property Investment and Finance-Master of Science Studies); GEA – College, Ljubljana, Slovenia; Business Scholl Maribor, Slovenia and Scholl for Business and Management Novo mesto, Slovenia. He published more than 35 scientific articles in some leading economic journals and magazines, home and abroad. Among the most outstanding foreign publications are: “Transition finance and banking research: home bias or corporate loan market integration and financial globalization?” in Transition Studies Review; “Economic convergence in the case of new EU member states” in Revue d’Etudes Comparatives Est-Ouest; “Depth and Breadth in the European Financial Markets” in the Journal of Business Society; “Towards financial integration in the euro-area financial segments. Is there a convergence?” in the Croatian International Relations Review.
